Grant County Clerk Split
The State Court Structure Map keeps the page name as Clerk of Court and leaves the secondary clerk filename null, but the local records structure is split in practice. Court case files for District Court and Magistrate Court are administered by the New Mexico Judiciary through the Sixth Judicial District and statewide Odyssey systems. The elected Grant County Clerk handles county-record instruments, marriage licenses, recorded public documents, elections, Board of County Commissioners records, and similar county clerk functions.

The public document-search page states that it searches documents from 1978 to present. It also states that document images are currently unavailable and users should contact the office. That local limitation is important because a successful online search may identify a record without supplying a downloadable image.
